Mexport Solutions Limited (MSL) received its license from issuing authority in 2023. Started its business of exporting competent manpower for both blue color job & white-collar job full-fledged from 2024. Our office is situated at the heart of Dhaka city Banani along with our other business concerns which span over a decade of operation in other sectors.

Right now, we’ve a small efficient team to procure jobs and for placement at various roles in different countries. MSL aspires to be one of the leading recruiting agencies in the manpower industry in Bangladesh. We carefully analyze requirement of our clients and closely monitor the selection later recruitment process. From technical/ skilled, semi-skilled to unskilled labour, Mexport Solutions Ltd is an expert at providing the best categorized resources and your trusted partner in manpower export through different units.

Workers are first recruited through our recruiting agency, after which they go through mandatory health checkup. Once they pass health checkup, we give them short training through our training partners for their skillset to brush it up further according to the job requirement.

Finally, MSL completes necessary legal formalities on behalf of the workers while their travel arrangements to destination country is done via our partner travel agent. In case the workers need; we facilitate dormitories for interim period. Thus, MSL can provide the total solution under one umbrella until deployment.

Our services

Training & orientation before departure

After issuance of visa the workers are briefed about their duties, responsibilities and remuneration package and informed about the religious and cultural values of the host country weather, language and work environment.

Immigration formalities

Prior to workers' departure, necessary formalities such as getting BMET clearances are obtained for them.

Ticketing & dispatch

After visa and immigration formalities as well as orientation is completed, flight tickets for the workers are arranged via our partner travel agency and sent to the airport with our representatives as er their flight schedule.

Post-employment

After workers have successfully completed their work tenure as per their contract, they return to Bangladesh for cooling period afterwards they are free to find new placement.
